Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
WARNING:
- Do NOT use in toaster oven.
- Do NOT place close to oven heat element.
- Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C).
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):
- Remove tray from box. DO NOT lift or pierce film.
- Place on a microwave-safe dish and position in centre of microwave.
- Heat on high 8 minutes.
- Pull back film, stir chicken, vegetables and sauce; re-cover with film.
- Continue heating on high 7 more minutes.
- Let stand 4 to 5 minutes.
- Remove from microwave. CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from microwave.
- Remove film and serve.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove tray from box. DO NOT lift or pierce film.
- Place tray on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 50 minutes.
- Pull back film, stir chicken, vegetables and sauce; re-cover with film.
- Cook 10 more minutes. Remove from oven. CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from oven.
- Let stand 4 minutes. Remove film and serve.
