PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
FRY PAN: (for best results)
- Preheat fry pan to medium-high (350°F/175°C).
- Place portion in pan.
- Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Turn once.
- 4. Separate into pieces using spatula. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly cooked (no pink remains).
