Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):
- Put enough water to cover bottom of a microwave dish.
- Add desired amount of veggies and rice. Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Check with fork until desired tenderness is achieved.
- Drain, season to taste and serve immediately.
STOVE TOP:
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- Add desired amount of veggies and rice. Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Check with fork until desired tenderness is achieved.

FRY PAN:
- Preheat non-stick fry pan on medium-high heat.
- Add desired amount of veggies and rice and cook 5 to 7 minutes.
- Mix or stir frequently.
