Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

WARNING:

  1. Do NOT use in toaster oven. 
  2. Do NOT place close to oven heat element. 
  3. Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C).

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Remove tray from box. DO NOT lift or pierce film. 
  2. Place on a microwave-safe dish and position in centre of microwave. 
  3. Heat on high 8 minutes. 
  4. Pull back film, stir chicken, vegetables and sauce; re-cover with film. 
  5. Continue heating on high 7 more minutes. 
  6. Let stand 4 to 5 minutes. 
  7. Remove from microwave. CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from microwave. 
  8. Remove film and serve.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Remove tray from box. DO NOT lift or pierce film. 
  3. Place tray on baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  4. Cook 50 minutes. 
  5. Pull back film, stir chicken, vegetables and sauce; re-cover with film. 
  6. Cook 10 more minutes. Remove from oven. CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from oven. 
  7. Let stand 4 minutes. Remove film and serve.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
