Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
FRY PAN:
- Preheat fry pan on medium heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon (15 mL) vegetable oil.
- Fry portions 12 to 14 minutes, turning frequently to avoid burning tortilla shells.
- Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before portioning. 5. Serve.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pieces on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Heat 7 to 8 minutes per side, or until tortilla shells are light golden brown and product is thoroughly heated.
- Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before portioning.
- Serve.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):
- Place one piece on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with paper towel.
- Heat on high 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before portioning.
- Serve.
