PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Put enough water to cover bottom of a microwave dish. 
  2. Add vegetables. Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Check with fork until desired tenderness is achieved. 
  3. Drain, season to taste and serve immediately.

STOVE TOP:

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. 
  2. Add vegetables. Cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes. Check with fork until desired tenderness is achieved. 
  3. Drain, season to taste and serve immediately.

FRY PAN:

  1. Preheat non-stick fry pan on medium-high heat. 
  2. Add vegetables and cook 6 to 7 minutes. 
  3. Mix or stir frequently. 
  4. Season to taste and serve immediately.
