Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

Remove all packaging, except cup.

OVEN : (for best results)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). 
  2. Place cup on baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. 
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Place cup on microwave-safe dish. 
  2. Heat on high 1 minute, 15 seconds, or until thoroughly heated. 
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. 
  4. For 2 cups, heat on high 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes. 
  5. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
    CAUTION: Filling will be hot.
